What Our Crawl Space Service Includes
Inspection. We go under the house to check for active rodents, nesting, droppings, dead rodents, and damaged ductwork or insulation.
Removal. If rodents are active, we trap and remove them as part of rodent extermination.
Cleanup. We remove droppings, nesting, debris, and damaged vapor barrier where needed, working in protective gear with HEPA equipment.
Sanitizing. The area is treated to break down urine and odor, the same approach we use in attic decontamination.
Sealing. We replace foundation vent screens with heavy galvanized mesh, secure the access cover, and seal gaps where pipes enter the house. This is part of our rodent proofing work and carries our 2-year warranty.
