How We Do It Safely
Rodent waste should not be swept or dry-vacuumed, because that puts particles into the air. The CDC recommends wetting droppings with disinfectant before cleanup for that reason. Our crew works in protective gear and uses HEPA vacuums and wet cleaning methods. Debris is bagged and removed from the property. Once the surfaces are clear, we treat the area with attic decontamination to neutralize odor and bacteria.
Basements, Storage Rooms, and Garages

When Insulation Needs to Go
