Why most rodent problems come back
Setting traps catches the rats and mice that are already inside. It does nothing about the gap under the eave, the torn vent screen, or the space around the water line that let them in. Leave those open and the next group moves in within weeks, drawn by the scent the last group left behind.
So we start with the building, not the traps. A free inspection covers the roofline, attic, crawl space, garage, and foundation. We show you each entry point, explain what it will take to close it, and give you the price in writing. Then we remove the rodents, seal the openings with materials they cannot chew through, and clean up the droppings and insulation they ruined.
We back our exclusion work with a 2-year warranty. If rodents get back in through a point we sealed, we come back and make it right.
